Last Sunday, 5th of February the Malta Feline Guardians Club organized another International Cat Show which brought many visitors to see the splendid felines exhibited in one of the halls of the Phoenicia Hotel and what a splendid show this has been, a great success in all means. The two international judges coming from Italy Ms Olga Dentico and Ms Eleonora Ruggiero were very pleased with the organisation of the show and worked very hard since it was a show where the exhibited cats had the opportunity to obtain two titles. The beautiful felines obtained very good remarks jotted down in a very colourful report with stickers of hearts, cats and other remarkable expressions. We were pleased to welcome the two judges from the other Cat Show held at Attard on the same day, who paid us a visit. Awards for the varying categories were given to the many deserving felines. The top award of General Best Cat went to Micabliss Brown Bonita a Brown Tabby Blotched female kitten. The best domestic cat was Mittens a red Tabby and white male short Hair.We give our sincere congratulations to all the winners and their beautiful felines, not only in the Best in shows but also in Cat Rings and specialities. Since Valentine’s Day was on the verge, the committee decided to dedicate the specialities related to this theme, which was also the theme for the whole show, since all the cages were decorated in red with hearts, balloons, romantic decorations and sayings.
Another excellent and successful cat show organised by the MFGC with excellent results. Very well done to all the participants, committee members and to all those who gave their help and support including the sponsors.
