Dear Cat Lovers, the applications for the MFGC 70 th & 71 st the International Cat Shows to be held at The Laguna, SmartCity Malta by MFGC are now closed and there are going to be over 68 cats taking part in this Beauty Contest.
Two day show, where on Saturday, 28 th October 2017, the show starts at 14:00hrs and finishes at
20:00hrs and on Sunday, 24th September 2017 the show starts at 10:00hrs and finishes at 18:00hrs.
Many breeds will be taking part in the two day show which include different types of breeds such as: Balinese, Bengals, British Shorthairs, Burmese, Devon Rex, Exotics, Himalayans, Maine coons,
Persians, Ragdolls, Russian Blue, Scottish Folds, Siberians, Siamese, Sphynx, and also the docile
household cats which are also so very welcome to our shows. For the very first time there is going to be a Savannah taking part in the Cat Shows.
The judges for these International Cat Show, are all breed WCF judges and for these shows we
welcome Mr.Andreas Kretschmer-Kraiczek from Germany and Mr Daniel Counasse from Belgium.
Taking part in these two day show, will be having all sorts of categories where baby kittens, kittens, adults, spayed together with domestic cats will be presented to WCF’s All Breed International Judges. The judges will be having a difficult job to select the nominated cats but their expertise in this field will eventually select the best cats for the General Best on both days and then the Super General Best on Sunday. WCF Rings will take place on both days; Adult Ring, Neuter Ring and Kitten Ring and also the Fun Rings in which will be having six of them where the most popular is the costume competition for cat and owner which this time, the theme chosen is ‘Halloween Party Match’.
It is an experience to join these felines together with their exhibitors where first-hand experience can be related so that in an educational way one can learn and discover about the way of life of these fantastic felines. Pedigrees and registrations can be done and asked for.
